To gain access to the space or wire harnesses behind the radio and/or HVAC controls, follow this procedure. It's quick and requires only one tool!

Pull the A/C temperature control, fan control and selection knobs straight off. Remove the two screws from the bottom of the temperature control and selection knob areas shown in the picture.

Now the tricky part...
The trim panel around the radio and A/C controls is held in by 6 snaps. Gently pull the bottom corners out one at a time with your fingers through the knob openings, and then pull the top out carefully.
Use the photo for reference so you know where the snaps are located.

|
Remove the (4) Phillips screws holding the radio in as shown in the picture, then slide the radio forward and disconnect the harness and the antenna cable. That's it!
